For some iOS updates, there may be circumstances where your iPhones "Call Blocking & Identification" setting, is not there.

Well, it should be. If this happens, please try the following steps:

  1. Go to iPhone Settings -> Privacy -> Tracking > and TOGGLE the setting (if it's ON, turn it OFF > then turn it back ON; if it's OFF, turn it ON, then OFF).

    1. Then go back to Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification > and see if you find Productive Call Assistant (If so, ensure it is turned ON)

If this didn't resolve your issue, proceed to step #2...

  2. iOS 14.6+ - Apple has made improvements to the call extension used by Productive so it’s an update we recommend. Please go to:

    1. iPhone Settings > General > Software Update

    2. Restart your device

    3. Then proceed to iPhone Settings > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification > Turn ON Productive

* IF you still don't see this option, please uninstall and reinstall the app.

As-well, you can contact Productive Support by clicking the CHAT icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, both in the App, or on our Website.
