How to revert my calls back to my carrier

I deleted the app but my calls are still going through Productive.

If you've deleted the Productive App, but your calls are still routing through Productive, you may have missed the "LOG OUT" step. If you do not want to continue with Productive, and revert your calls back to your basic carrier, call your carriers' code(s) below (Using your native dialer on your mobile phone) to remove the Productive forwarding.
