Productive's proprietary telecommunications technology utilizes Call Forwarding.

Productive leverages two types of forwarding.

a) Conditional Call Forwarding, which leverages unique features of your smart phone, to route calls enhanced with Productive's AI back to your device as a Cellular call.

b) Unconditional Call Forwarding, which routes your calls through Productive and back to your phone via Data (VoIP).

* Important! Please ensure your cell phone plan has Call Forwarding activated. Some carriers do not have this featured turned on by default (Nor do all carriers offer it for free).
