If for whatever reason, you run into an issue where you want to revert/designate all incoming calls to go through your regular carrier (Without the ability for Productive features), simply turn this switch OFF.

ON > GREEN

OFF > GREY

Productive will still handle your Voicemail and Unknown callers when this switch is turned OFF.

Remember, contact groups or individual contacts you set to be Productive callers can not utilize Facetime to contact you. Since primarily personal contacts are those who use Facetime to call you, simply place them on "Use Carrier Call" via the contact screen. (Learn more about Facetime and Productive here).
